How to avoid the high temperature of the fuel tank

The oil temperature may be too high during the use of the two-head busy process, which will cause problems with the two-head busy, so how can we avoid this situation?

1. Keep the amount of oil in the busy tanks at both ends normal, so that there is enough oil in the system for circulating cooling.

2. When the busy actuators are not working, the system should be unloaded in time.

3. Frequently clean the busy cooling device to keep it in good working condition.

4. Hydraulic oil should be selected reasonably according to the busy working environment temperature at both ends. High-viscosity oil should be selected when the ambient temperature is high, and low-viscosity oil should be selected when the ambient temperature is low.

5. When the temperature of the working environment at both ends is higher than 30℃, the continuous running time of both ends of the mixing tank cannot exceed 4 hours.

6. When the temperature of the busy working environment at both ends is lower than 10℃, the system should run for 20 minutes under no-load conditions, and then work after the oil temperature rises to the specified value.
