The working environment of the underground loader is relatively harsh, so it will cause various problems after long-term use, especially the engine that plays a decisive role in the loader. Early engine wear of underground loader refers to the phenomenon that the power of diesel engine is greatly reduced and fuel consumption rises due to the wear of the main movement pairs in the shorter use time of the engine, so that the diesel engine cannot continue to work effectively. There are the following reasons:
①The new machine runs under heavy load without running-in. After a cold car starts, the car should be warmed up at low throttle for 3 to 5 minutes to start walking. At the beginning, it should work with a small load for a period of time, and then work with a heavy load after the temperature rises.
②The air filter fails.
③Improper use and maintenance, poor oil quality.
④ Poor combustion causes excessive carbon deposits in the cylinder. Immediately after the engine started, the temperature of the machine was low and the diesel fuel burned incompletely. At this time, if you increase the throttle and increase the fuel supply, the excess unburned diesel will form carbon deposits and increase engine emissions. In addition, excess diesel may flow into the crankcase along the cylinder wall, affecting the lubrication of the cylinder wall, and dilute the oil in the oil pan, reduce the lubrication performance, and reduce the service life of the engine. For engines equipped with exhaust gas turbochargers, more attention should be paid to warming up the car. If you increase the throttle immediately after starting, the speed of the turbine will increase, and the oil will not reach the surface of each lubrication part in time, and good lubrication will not be formed. It is easy to cause the turbine shaft to jam and cause malfunction.
