Electric loaders and small forklifts are sealed and maintained:

1. Before sealing up, check the loader carefully for faults and keep the technology in good condition. Clean the exterior of the small forklift.

2. Drain the antifreeze rust liquid in the radiator, cylinder block and water pump, the oil in the lubrication system, and the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system.

3. Remove the battery, apply grease to its poles, and store it in a dark, well-ventilated room with a temperature of not less than 10%.

4. Drain the oil in the engine while it is hot, add new oil, and let the engine run at low throttle for a few minutes to make the oil evenly adhere to the surface of the moving parts.

5. Pour grease into each lubrication point.

6. Use dehydrated petroleum jelly to coat electrical contacts, joints and the surface of unpainted metal parts.

7. Loosen the engine fan belt, remove the belt if necessary, wrap it and store it separately, and spray anti-rust agent in the belt groove. The painted part of the surface of the sugarcane small forklift should be repainted.

8. Drain the diesel in the diesel tank and clean the fuel tank.

9. Use protective materials to seal the unclosed nozzles of the engine, such as the intake and exhaust ports, to prevent foreign matter, dust, and moisture from entering.

10. Put all the control handles in the neutral position, put the front wheel of the small forklift straight, and put the lifting arm in the low position.

11. Use a jack to support the small forklift to unload the tires. And regularly check the tire pressure.

12. Small forklifts should be parked in the hangar or carport, and the environment should be ventilated and dry. It is strictly forbidden to store it with corrosive objects and gases. If the conditions are not available, when parking in the open air, you must choose a higher and dry platform and cover it with a rain-proof cloth.

13. The parts and accompanying tools removed from the electric small forklift should be cleaned, wrapped, and stored in a dry warehouse.
