What is the difference between a forklift truck and a forklift?

Forklifts and forklifts are somewhat similar in appearance. Customers tend to regard forklifts and forklifts as the same product, but in fact, they are still very different, so it will cause problems for users when purchasing products, or even produce products. After buying a forklift and going back, it is not suitable for mining and handling operations in the mine. Today, I will introduce the difference between forklift and forklift:

1. The difference in the nature of the industry: Forklift trucks are mining stone handling machinery derived from the loader industry; forklifts belong to on-site handling machinery;

2. The difference in operation purpose: Forklift trucks are mainly used for reclaiming, handling, loading and unloading and stacking stone mining blocks; forklifts are mainly used for loading and unloading and handling operations on flat ground; both ends are busy, telescopic loader, underground loader

3. The difference in lifting methods: during forklift operations, the lifting of stones by the boom is an arc movement, the load center is relatively outside, and the general overload capacity is low; during forklift operations, the goods are lifted through the mast. It is vertical movement, the load center is relatively inside, and the overload capacity is strong;

4. The difference in off-road performance: Forklift trucks are four-wheel drive vehicles with super off-road performance, large ground clearance, large tires, and strong climbing ability; forklifts are generally driven by the front axle and have poor off-road performance (low chassis, rear Wheel steering, small tires), and poor climbing ability;

5. The difference in operating distance: The boom will extend forward when the forklift is lifted. Compared with the vertical lifting operation of the forklift, it has a larger relative operating distance;

6. The difference in operation prying force: Forklift trucks have a large prying force; forklifts have a small prying force;

7. The difference in steering: Forklift trucks are articulated steering with the frame, and generally have a larger turning radius, which requires a larger work place; forklifts are rear-wheel steering with a small turning radius and are more flexible;

8. The difference between the frame: Forklift truck is an articulated front and rear frame connection; Forklift truck is an integral frame.

Forklift trucks are mainly used for loading and handling operations such as mining engineering, earth and rock engineering, port and wharf, cargo yard and stock yard.
